  • Pelvic Wand - Massages the internal pelvic muscles to provide relief. Please research how to use the wand and use safely. There is a link on how to use a wand in our resources. u/vampirecloud recommends Intimate Rose Pelvic Wand because it is easy to wash and has two different sides suited for vaginal and rectal use. It is made of silicone so do not use silicone based lube with it. $35. The brand also makes vibrating and a temperature therapy wands but they are more expensive.

  • Water Based Lube - Water based lube helps with inserting pelvic wands or tampons and is useful for sex. u/vampirecloud reccomends Slippery Stuff Water Based Jelly Lube as it is the only water based lube that never irritated her skin. It also evaporates quickly and leaves no residue. $10

  • Tennis Ball or Dense Stress Ball - Place the item in-between the thigh and the pelvis and then sit on it for relief.

  • Small Stool - Place in front of the toilet and place feet on stool. May help with incomplete urination and constipation. The SquattyPotty is a well known brand but any stool works as long as your knees are above your waist.

  • Massage Gun - Please research and use responsibly. Do not use on joints, nerve patches, or bony areas. Do not apply to any area for more than 30 seconds.

  • Ohnut Depth Limiting Rings Limits deep vaginal penetration with flexible rings. Helps to reduce deep vaginal pain during penetration. $75

  • SacroWedgy - Small cushion that may help with tailbone pain. $45

  • Sitz Bath - Shallow bowl with warm water to relieve perineum pain. Usually connects to a toilet or bath tub.

  • Kegel Balls - Insert into the vagina to strengthen the muscles. Do not use for hypertonic pelvic floors.

  • Vaginal Dilators - Help the vaginal entrance and canal spread open. Usually come in packs with different sizes. May also be used for rectal dilation. Do not use the same dilators for both vaginal and rectal use unless cleaned properly.

  • Heating Pad - Apply to an area to help relieve pain. Read instructions for heating pad and use as directed.

  • TENS Unit - Patches that send electrical signals to ease pain. Please research how to use, where to never place the product, and how to use safely.

  • Pelvic Release for Bowels - Recommended to help bowel issues associated with prolapse and rectoceles. $50

  • Back and Neck Massager - Device to relieve tension around neck and back. u/goldenstandardalmonds recommendation. Please use safely and read any directions.
